1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using DocuDev Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the tools.
2. Description of Service
Our platform offers free, browser-based utilities including PDF processing (merging, splitting, compression, conversion, e-signing, redaction) and developer utilities (JSON formatters, JWT decoders, RegEx testers, code formatters, and billing tools).
All processing happens locally on your client device. We do not charge mandatory subscription fees, require accounts, or impose watermarks.
3. User Ownership & Data Rights
You retain full, uncompromised ownership and intellectual property rights over all files, source code, data, and documents you process through our tools. We claim zero ownership or license over your content.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not attempt to reverse engineer platform assets, launch denial-of-service attacks, or use the utilities for unlawful purposes.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
All tools are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for absolute accuracy in data parsing and document rendering, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from tool usage.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
