1. Introduction & Overview

DocuDev Pro (“we”, “our”, or “platform”, accessible via https://docudev.site) provides free online developer utilities and PDF processing tools. Unlike conventional online converters that upload your documents to third-party cloud servers, our platform operates on a 100% Client-Side Privacy Architecture.

2. How Your Files Are Processed

When you upload a PDF (e.g. for Merging, Splitting, Signing, Compressing, or Converting to Word/Excel) or enter code (e.g. JSON, JWT tokens, RegEx, Base64 strings):

  • Processing is executed entirely in your local browser memory using JavaScript and WebAssembly compiled binaries.
  • Your documents and tokens are never sent over the network to any backend server.
  • When you close or reload the browser tab, all temporary memory buffers are automatically garbage-collected by your browser.

3. Information We Collect & Analytics

We believe in minimal data collection. We do not require account registration, email sign-ups, or login credentials.

  • Anonymized Telemetry: We may collect non-identifiable aggregate metrics (such as page visit counts and tool click volume) via Google Analytics to evaluate platform performance. No file names or file contents are ever recorded.
  • Cookies: Local storage is strictly utilized for user theme preferences (Light/Dark mode) and PWA cache management.

4. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising Cookies

Google AdSense is integrated as an advertising vendor to monetize our free suite.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to docudev.site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or visiting www.aboutads.info.

5. Third-Party Payments (Dodo Payments)

If you choose to support our free platform via voluntary donations, your transaction is processed securely by Dodo Payments. We do not store, view, or process your credit card, debit card, or banking details. Dodo Payments complies with PCI-DSS standards.
